Meet the coaches
Head Coach, Fraser Notman, is a UKCC Level 2 basketball coach and has been coaching at Kinross Cavaliers for 4 years.
Fraser played basketball from the age of 11 initially joining Inverness men's basketball club and then Boroughmuir junior national league team when he moved to Edinburgh. At university he was player, captain and coach for the Robert Gordon University team. Most recently he joined Perth Phoenix senior men squad to keep fit! In 2013-14 Fraser was one of the coaches involved in Basketball Scotland's Future Starz programme for 10 - 14 year olds and was assistant team coach for the Scotland Under 11 Boys squad that year. He received the Tayside and Fife "Young Persons Coach of the Year" award and was a nominated for the award at a national level in the Basketball Scotland Volunteer Awards. In 2014-15 he has continued to increase his involvement with local basketball clubs, taking over the role as Kinross High School Basketball Team coach and becoming one of the Under 16 men cadet team coaches for National League team, Perth Phoenix. |

Assistant coach, Spike, aka Ian Kenny has been coaching at Perth Phoenix for x years and has recently qualified as a UKCC Level 2 basketball coach.
To be added to We also have a number of young coaches. These include those interested in completing UKCC coaching qualifications as well as school pupils wishing to complete their Duke of Edinburgh volunteering commitment.
